Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- A package of bed linen and bath towels is available to rent for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p/change.
- If the tenant's stay is longer than one week linen package will be charged on a weekly basis.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Electricity fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 30 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
