Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 50 EUR will be required to paid to the account of the home owner, one week prior to your arrival for damages. The home owner will contact you for this.
Please also note that:
-bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
-wood is available for an additional cost.
-possibility to order a ‘welcome basket’ of groceries.
