A charming house (built in the year 1872) in the village of La Motte-Ternant (Halfway between Auxerre and Dijon in Burgundy). Ideally located on the edge of the beautiful Morvan National Park. Surrounded by rivers. lakes and forests.The current owners have restored and refurbished this charming accommodation with care. The interior consists of antiques and handmade curtains. The 4 bedrooms are furnished with only the finest linen Laura Ashley . cool in summer and warm with luxurious duvets to keep you warm in the winter. In addition. each room has its own bathroom. During the winter you can enjoy the fireplace in the Living area. The two acre garden is planted with beautiful trees and flowerbeds. overlooking the river valley. the village church and distant hills and forests. Lovely to walk around the gardens or play a game of Petangue . Another luxurious extra of this house is your private pool.From the dining room you can look out over the gardens. the Serein valley and the natural park of the Morvan.
