Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The guests are required to clean up the property before arrival.

- Please note that bed linen and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- A package of bed linen and kitchen linen is available for an additional cost of 18 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are required to rent for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,18 EUR/kWh (Oct - Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
