-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival in cash for damages and will be returned max. 14 days later.

-bed and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 18 EUR per person/stay).
-bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 8 EUR per person/stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: Oct - Apr: 0,18 EUR/kWh; May - Sep: included).
-the interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
