The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and electric coffee machine as well as a dining table and TV. In the apartment there is a 15 square meter terrace with terrace furniture. There is gas heating. Please note: apartment street side. Shop, restaurant, bar and bakers at 400 m, from the apartment it is a 5 minute walk to the center, the sandy beach "La grande plage is 7 mn walking, an indoor swimming pool is at 900 m, there is an 18 hole golf course at 1.8 km, the surf school is 900 m away. Nearby attractions include the Casino de Biarritz (1 km) and the Musée de la Mer (1 km).
