The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 20 EUR per person is not included in the price

-Please note that the initial supply of bed linen is not included in the room rate, guests can rent them for a fee of 32 Eur per person.
