Set in Kuru town centre, this hostel is just 200 metres from Lake Näsijärvi. It offers simple rooms with a TV, as well as a shared kitchen and common room with free wired internet. Row boats are available to rent on site. Bed linen and towels are included in all Kurus B&B Hostel rooms. Each has a sofa, along with a desk and wardrobe. Bathroom facilities are shared. Guests can use Kurus Hostel’s laundry room and BBQ facilities, as well as table tennis and darts in the games room. A daily breakfast buffet is served. Shuttle services to Tampere–Pirkkala Airport and Tampere Train Station can be arranged, if booked in advance. Seitseminen National Park and Elo Shopping Centre are both 30 minutes’ drive away, while Tampere city centre is 50 minutes’ drive from the hostel. Area activities include swimming and fishing in the lake.
