Set along a private beach area of Lake Tarjannevesi, this property is quietly set on a farm, 18 minutes’ drive from Ruovesi town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi, along with on-site kayak and bicycle rentals. Individually decorated rooms with shared bathroom facilities are provided at Holiday Resort Peltomaa. Guests can also choose cottage accommodation that has a kitchen, TV and private bathroom with a sauna and washing machine. Communal facilities include a sauna, terrace and BBQ in the large surrounding garden. Cross-country ski equipment is available for rent on site. Peltomaa also organises guided hiking, skiing and fishing excursions. Helvetinjärvi National Park is a 40-minute drive away, while central Tampere is 80 minutes’ drive from the farm.
