For shared use there is a children's playground (slide, swing) and parking is possible by the house. Supermarket and restaurant are in 12 km, bakers 8 km. There are walking paths 10m from the house. Nearby attractions are Saint-Hubert 15 km, Bastogne 17 km. Hiking paths: Vallée de l'Ourthe et du Laval. Please note that a car is essential.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.
- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen is not included in the rate. Guests can optionally rent them for 12 EUR per person. Bath and kitchen towels are not provided.
- Please note that power costs are payable in resort according to consumption.
