Its kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine. On the upper floor there are 2 rooms, each room with 1 double and 1 single bed. For shared use there is a children's playground (slide, swing) and parking is possible by the house. Guests can enjoy the terrace 16 m2 with terrace furniture and barbecue facilities. Supermarket and restaurant are in 12 km, bakers 8 km. There are walking paths 10m from the house. Nearby attractions are Saint-Hubert 15 km, Bastogne 17 km. Hiking paths: Vallée de l'Ourthe et du Laval. Please note that a car is essential.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.
- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen is not included in the rate. Guests can optionally rent them for 12 EUR per person. Bath and kitchen towels are not provided.
- Please note that power costs are payable in resort according to consumption.
