Near the small village of Champagne. this exceptional gîte is situated in an idyllic setting.You have access to a 100.000m2 park planted with trees and containing small streams and wild flower ponds.It is an ideal habitat for many animals.The contemporary style gîte. integrated within the landscape. is comfortably furnished. Large bay windows open on to a wide patio overlooking the Warche valley and its cliffs as well as the organic swimming pool measuring 8.30m in diameter and 1 – 1.60m deep (open june till sept).Walking routes to the most beautiful local sites and nature reserves pass nearby.
