In this charming hamlet there is an old square farm. tranformed into a luxurious holiday home. In the main building there are bedrooms (half with their own bathroom). various seating areas and the games room with a poker table and billiards. Cross the courtyard and enter the pool house with its bar and charming seating area around the open fireplace. In short. there is plenty of space. even for larger groups.Champagne is near the lakes of Robertville and Butgenbach with their numerous water sports options. Enjoy the local beers of Bellevaux. Malmedy or the Super de Fagnes after a brisk walk or cycling trip. When there is snow. the ski and Nordic slopes in Ovifat are opened.After enjoying a plunge in the heated indoor swimming pool or a hot sauna. what more could you want
