This is a two bedrooms apartment of 70 m2, on the ground floor, surrounded by trees. Is part of a resort, 3 km from the centre of De Haan, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road. The house has a digital TV, stereo unit, DVD and heater, there is an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine with dining table, the terrace has also furniture, electric portable barbecue and as facilities there is an iron, cot for up to 2 year old. For shared use with the complex is the garden (not fenced), tennis, basketball, boules and central parking spaces. In the area there are shops 300 m, supermarkets 3 km, restaurants 350 m, tram 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, riding stables 3 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 195 EUR (cash) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
Please note: The final cleaning is not a complete cleaning, its necessary to do the dishes and sort out the garbage. If the cleaning will take longer then an hour, a part of your deposit will be held.
Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 7,50 EUR euros per person.
Bath towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 6,50 euros per person.
The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details to the key holder.
