Důležité informace

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 135 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.

- Please note that the final cleaning is not a complete cleaning. You need to do the washing-up and to sort the garbage. If the cleaning team needs more than 1 hour to clean this will be settled with the caution.

- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an extra optional cost of 7.50 EUR per person and for towels 6.50 EUR per person.
