Please note that guests are required to provide the property with a scan copy of their passports and Visas at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests who fail to do so may not be allowed on board. Kindly contact the property directly with the details provided in the booking confirmation.

Guests with special dietary requests are also required to inform the property at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

Children under 5 years old travel free of charge when sharing the same room. Children aged 5 to 10 years old are charged 75% of the total cost, when sharing the same room.

The property only accepts USD and VND currency for all payments on-board.

A shuttle service to and from Vinashin Port and hotels within Hanoi is available at an extra charge. Guests who wish to use this service are required to inform the property in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

In the event of bad weather, the boat will not be allowed to depart or spend the night at sea. Alternatively, guests can choose from these options available:
- Stay at a four-star hotel in Halong Bay on the first day, at no extra costs
- Return to Hanoi on the first day, at an extra cost of USD 50 per guest

Customers are required to provide the following information at least 1 day before cruise’s departure date.

- Full name
- Birthday
- Gender
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Vietnam visa expiry date
- Pick-up address

For safety reasons, these guests are not recommended to stay on the overnight cruise:
- Persons with physical/sensory disability
- Persons with symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, fear of being enclosed or epilepsy
- Persons aged 80 years and older
- Persons weighing more than 100 kg
- Persons taller than 2 metres

Please note that an extra surcharge of 15% of total rate will be applicable to stays on 25 December and 31 December yearly.
