A shuttle service to and from the Tuan Chau Port and hotels within Hanoi is available at an extra charge. Guests who wish to use this service are required to reserve their seats in advance. Shuttle pick-up at the hotel will be between 7:30 - 8:00. Disembarkation will be at 11:30 on the last day.
Guests who do not wish to use the shuttle service may report to the address below: Tuan Chau Wharf, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam.
Guests' guide/drivers are required to contact the cruise manager to ensure pick-up at Halong Bay office is arranged.
Guests with special diet requests are required to inform the cruise at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
This itinerary might be subject to changes without prior notice. Please obtain information from sales staff before your date of check-in. Promotions, inclusions and exclusions changes will be communicated to guests upon booking.
In case of bad weather, the boat will not be allowed to depart or spend the night at sea.
Instead, guests can choose from these options below:
- Stay at a four-star hotel in Halong Bay on the first day, at no extra costs.
- Return to Hanoi on the first day, at an extra cost of USD 45 per guest.
For safety reasons, these visitors below are not recommended to stay on the overnight cruise:
- Persons with any disability: physical or sensory
- Persons with symptoms of hallucinations, sleepwalking, fear of being enclosed or epilepsy
- Persons older than 80
- Persons weighing more than 100 kg
- Persons taller than 2 metres
Please note that an extra surcharge of 15% of total rate will be applicable to stays on 25 December and 31 December yearly.
