To avoid extra cleaning charges, the property requests that guests leave the apartment tidy upon departure. All apartments are fully self-contained and are expected to be left in good condition. Dishes, pots and cooking utensils need to be washed, dried and stored in cupboards, while trash need to be removed entirely.

By making a reservation, you have agreed to all policies, including agreeing that any and all damage to property that occurs during your stay, including replacement or repair costs to damaged furnishings, items or fixtures including (and not limited to) sheets, towels, bedding, rugs, tubs or showers will be deducted from the deposit.
