An en suite bathroom is provided in each room at The Charles Bathurst Inn, as well as free Wi-Fi and views over the valleys. Exposed beams, cast iron beds and antique chests are also included. With a top of the range kitchen and deliveries of fresh local lamb, beef and fish, the on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, from beef steak & red wine casserole to guinea fowl. Local bitter is served, along with an extensive wine list. The bustling village of Reeth is just 5 miles away and features a regular Friday market. The larger town of Richmond is just under 30 minutes’ drive and is famous for its Georgian theatre and castle, as well as shops, tea rooms and regular market.
