This 200-year-old cottage is situated in the village of Laxton, in the heart of Robin Hood country. Sherwood Forest Country Park is a 15-minute drive away, and there is free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. With elegant décor and traditional wooden furnishings, the rooms all have a Freeview TV. Some have traditional exposed beams, and all have their own bathroom and a hairdryer. A full English breakfast is provided each morning, made with high-quality local ingredients and free range eggs. Continental and lighter options are also available. There is a charming old lounge to relax in, with a log burner for the colder months. The large garden is sprinkled with colourful flowers, and there is outdoor seating.
