The White Hart is situated in the heart of Somerset and just 25 minutes’ drive from the M5 motorway. The property has been serving as a pub in the market square of Somerton since the 16th century. Free Wi-Fi is featured in each room at The White Hart, as well as an en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and freshly ground coffee. Some rooms have views onto the market place, 13th-century church, the garden or courtyard. A full English breakfast is served in the dining area each morning, with lunch and dinner options also available. Stone baked pizza, chargrilled steak and West-country cheeses are just some of the choices available on the varied menu. The pub offers a wide selection of local ales and snacks, as well as a fireplace. Golf, horse riding and fishing can all be enjoyed within the local area, while the historic cathedral city of Wells is just under a 30-minute drive away.
