Please note that a damage deposit will be requested before arrival. It will be charged to the card used for booking unless otherwise requested to the property. The damage deposit will be returned within a week of checking out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that valid photo ID and the credit card used to book will be requested upon arrival. The credit card name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking. If the cardholder is not staying at the property, their valid photo ID and a copy of card must be supplied.

Only the number of guests specified in the booking will be able to check-in. Any additional guests must be confirmed by the property before arrival. Any unapproved guests may result in the reservation being cancelled without refund.

Parties and gatherings are not permitted in the accommodation. Please inform Jericho House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
