Damage deposits must be paid prior to arrival and will be charged to the card given on the reservation unless otherwise requested. Deposits must be paid prior to guest arrival. The deposit will be returned within a week of the guest checking out.

Upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.

Only the number of guests specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guests must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, the booking is likely to be cancelled without refund. Please inform Beaumont Buildings in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Stay Beyond will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
