A 200-year-old farmhouse set in a quiet location on the edge of the village of Thropton, this B&B has free Wi-Fi and stunning views across the River Coquet valley to the Simonside Hills. The bedrooms at Thropton Demesne Farmhouse B&B are tastefully decorated in a traditional style and have a fireplace, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathrooms have power showers, luxurious Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. In the morning, guests can enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast made using locally sourced produce where possible and homemade bread. Breakfast is served in the conservatory which boasts morning views of the garden, the hills and the river valley. There is a restaurant a 2-minute walk away.
