The Lawrance reserves the right to process a security deposit for all apartments booked; this amount may vary at the discretion of the management team. For groups of 2 or more apartments a mandatory security deposit will be required prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
If a booking is made more than 1 month before arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay will have to be paid when booking. If a booking is made less than one month before arrival, the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
Where a remaining balance is taken one month prior to your arrival and the card declines, the guest has up until 20 days prior to arrival to provide an alternative method of payment or the booking will be cancelled and any deposits paid will be retained.
The reception team are on-site between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 Monday through to Saturday and between the hours of 10:00 and 14:00 on a Sunday.
The property will send you an email the day prior to your arrival with all the information you will need. This email will include which of the three locations you will be staying at and the access instructions including your four digit key box code for your unique key box. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.
If you plan on arriving between 18:00 - 21:00 it is very important that you read your arrival email as you will need this information for your self-check in as there will be no-one on site to assist you.
