Sovereign Serviced Apartments will charge 50% of the total amount on all bookings of GBP 500 or over on the day of booking. This is non refundable.
All guests must show a valid photo ID and corresponding credit card upon check-in.
The lead guest must show:
- a valid photo ID
- a valid credit/debit card used to make the booking that has to match the name and signature of the photo ID.
Sovereign Serviced Apartments will charge a refundable security deposit of GBP 35 per person on the day of arrival and will be debited from the card details provided. Security deposits must be pre-authorised on to a valid credit or debit card will be released by the hotel on the day of check out. Deposits may take between 5-10 working days to be released back on to the card details provided on booking. Please contact us prior to arrival if you would like to arrange an alternative payment method.
Please note that Sovereign Serviced Apartments cater for large groups on Fridays and Saturdays, although we welcome all guests, it may not be suitable for families and children on these specific days.
