The lead guest is required to present ID upon arrival.
A security/damage deposit of GBP 250 is required in cash for all reservations less than 3 nights. This will be returned, into a bank account provided upon check-in, 3 to 5 working days after check-out.
Payment of your reservation can also be made via bank transfer, please contact the property to arrange this payment method.
You are not allowed to host any parties in the property and all guests must be respectful of the neighbours.
