Once a booking is made, guests will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and key collection.

Late check-in after 19:00 is possible, at an extra charge of GBP 20 to be paid upon arrival. Please inform Sutherland Avenue Apartment-STH in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
