Guest has to call the front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 20:00 or before 09:00 you must let the property know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 20:00 or before 09:00, GBP 50 before and GBP 100 after 23:00.
