It is very important to have your arrival time at the apartment so we can arrange for our representative to meet and welcome you personally upon arrival.
Please note that this building has no reception. The property require a minimum of 2 hours notice.

Guests will be asked to show the credit card used to make the booking plus photo ID in the form of a passport or driving license upon arrival. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment plus photo ID.

A security deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Guests must notify the property of all damages, lost or broken items, or any such matters requiring maintenance in the manner shown in the Information Pack that will be supplied.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation, guests will be charged a penalty.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.

In some apartments extra beds may be provided for an additional charge.

All guest names must be supplied at the time of the booking.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that the property has a strict no party, no gathering policy. The property is regularly patrolled. If there is evidence of a party or gathering, security and/or the police will be called and the apartment will need to be vacated. An automatic minimum charge of GBP 2000 will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform St Dunstan's Court Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
