Madonna and Guy Ritchie once lived in Queen's Gate Mews by onefinestay, which offers you the unique opportunity to live in an authentic 2-bedroom London home while the owners are out of town. Just metres from Kensington Gardens and 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, some scenes from Ritchie’s film Layer Cake were shot in this charming house. It boasts wide open spaces with original features, and 3 huge arched windows. There is a floor-to-ceiling library with a wide range of books to choose from, a sleek chrome kitchen, and a 6-seater cream sofa in the lounge area. Guests can enjoy a large wall-mounted TV, and stroll through French doors to the balcony, which has picturesque views. The rooms at Queen's Gate Mews are spacious and elegant, with smart wooden floors. Each bathroom is modern and plush, and one boasts a shower paved with limestone.

Please provide onefinestay with your estimated time of arrival. You can do this by using the Special Requests box when booking. As your booking approaches, onefinestay will contact you to confirm the details of your arrival. When you arrive at the property, a representative will be there to give you a tour of the home. You will also get a loan iPhone for free calls, texts, maps and tips from the host.
Normal check-in time is 16:00, with check-out being any time until 11:00. However, guests are very welcome to drop their bags at the house any time after 12:30. Alternatively, an early check-in can normally be arranged at additional cost. A fully refundable security deposit will be required upon arrival for damages.
This home is on a quiet cul de sac mews in which there is a popular pub nearby. On some evenings during pleasant weather there is a background conversational humm until closing hours at 11pm.
This home is unfortunately unsuitable for young children between 1 and 3 years old.
