Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules.

Please note that additional fees will apply for late check-in. For check-in between 19:00 and 21:00 there is an extra cost of GBP 30. Between 21:00 and 23:00 there is an extra cost of GBP 50. After 23:00 the extra cost is GBP 100. Late check-in is only possible upon request and must be confirmed by the property in advance.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The name on the photo identification needs to be the same as the one on the credit card used for the booking.

A security deposit of GBP 800 will be pre-authorised on your credit card one day before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The cleaning fee covers 1 final cleaning at the end of the stay. There are no cleanings offered during the stay. Please inform Private Apartment - Soho - British Museum in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
