Please note that additional fees will apply for late check-in:

Check-in between 19:00 and 21:00 will incur an extra charge of GBP 30
Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an extra charge of GBP 50
Check-in after 23:00 will incur an extra charge of GBP 100.

Late check-in is only possible upon request and must be confirmed by the property in advance.

Please note, the name on the photo identification must be the same as the one on the credit card used for booking.

The cleaning fee covers 1 final cleaning at the end of the stay. There are no cleanings offered during the stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Private Apartment - Mayfair - Royal Parks in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
