Pembridge Crescent by onefinestay offers the unique opportunity to live in a one-bedroom London home while the owners are out of town. Sleek and elegant interiors, touches of dark wood and plasma-screen TVs feature throughout this chic apartment, just 10 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park. Nestled in fashionable Notting Hill the apartment sits within a Georgian townhouse just around the corner from the famously lively Portobello Road. Notting Hill Gate tube station is located only 5 minutes’ walk away. Centred around a luxurious Turkish rug and comfortable, tan leather armchairs, the spacious living room is filled with light from the large windows and boasts a large plasma TV and a white sofa. Upon entrance to Pembridge Crescent, you will pass through the book-lined entrance hall. The bright kitchen features wood cabinets with modern appliances including an oven with hob and a head-height microwave. With light and fresh décor, hardwood floors and an iPod dock, the bedroom also features its own bathroom just outside. The apartment also enjoys a second, larger bathroom with heated towel rails.

You will also get a loan iPhone for free calls, texts, maps and tips from the host.
Normal check-in time is 16:00, with check-out being any time until 11:00. However, guests are very welcome to drop their bags at the house any time after 12:30. Alternatively, an early check-in can normally be arranged at additional cost. A fully refundable security deposit will be required upon arrival for damages.
