Damage deposit may be raised on occasion and access to the apartment may be refused on a non-refundable cancellation basis if the guest is unable to comply with the policies. A security deposit of GBP 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
