Guests must present a valid ID and credit card used for booking upon check-in. A security deposit of GBP 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The credit card provided for the booking will be pre-authorised for the full amount of damage deposit, alternatively a damage deposit in cash may be accepted. Damage deposit may be raised on occasion and access to the apartment may be refused on a non-refundable cancellation basis if the guest is unable to comply with the policies. A security deposit of GBP 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
