A 1 hour check in appointment is available between 15:00 and 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 will be charged GBP 20 and arrivals after midnight will be charged GBP 50. There is a fee of GBP 20 for late arrival if you miss the pre-arranged 1 hour check in appointment.
Guests will receive a receipt and details of check in procedures once payment has been received.
A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals and breakages. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In the case of groups of 6 or more guests the security deposit is GBP 50 per person. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Apartments - Old Street - Barbican in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. City Apartments Online Limited will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
