With unrestricted views across Loch Linnhe and next to the centre of Fort William, The Gantocks offers a cup of tea and shortbread to guests on arrival, as well as free Wi-Fi. In the morning, a huge choice of traditional and vegetarian breakfasts are offered from 7:30 until 9:00 in the Cumming Room, which boasts stunning views over the Loch and possible seal sightings. Every room has a 6-feet wide bed, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and bathrobes. One of the rooms has views over Loch Linnhe and another has views of the rear garden. Fort William Ferry Landing, with ferries for seal-spotting cruises, is a 2-minute drive away. Guests can also enjoy a steam train ride from Fort William to Mallaig on the “Hogwarts Express” as seen in the Harry Potter films.
