With magnificent views over the Cromarty Firth, the Kiltearn House boasts free Wi-Fi and free private parking. This imposing Victorian sandstone guest house is situated on the outskirts of the village of Evanton. Guests can choose between continental or hearty full Scottish breakfast. Dishes are prepared using locally sourced produce, with haggis and black pudding from an award-winning butcher. Breakfast is served in the conservatory, which boasts views across the Cromarty Firth. Evening meals are also available. Dating back to 1894, the Kiltearn offers rooms which feature a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bath or shower rooms have complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The Kiltearn House is just 17 miles from Inverness, in the Scottish Highlands. The country house is located directly on the foreshore of Cromarty Firth, where it is possible to spot eagles, seals, and even dolphins. The surrounding area is home to more than 20 of Scotland’s finest golf courses. The Castle Stuart Golf Club is just 8 miles away.
