On the day of your arrival you will be checked in by a staff member from Easylet (there is no reception desk as this is self catering accommodation). Guests must contact Easylet apartments prior to check in to ensure payment is correct.

The accommodation must take credit/debit card details for a security deposit 2 days prior to the arrival date.

Guests must contact the Easylet apartments 2 days prior to the arrival date to arrange payment.

An on call emergency number is available at the following times:
Monday to Friday 17:00 - 22:00
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 22:00.

When checking out, please lock the apartment door and post the keys through the letterbox of the apartment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Quartermile Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
