The Edinburgh Holiday Apartments range from one-bedroom to seven-bedroom apartments all within walking distance of the city centre. Each has free Wi-Fi in public areas. All Edinburgh Holiday Apartments come with a kitchen, which has a fridge and a microwave. Each also has a bathroom, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. Some have access to a peaceful garden to relax in.

The keys for most apartments will be in a safe outside the building, and you will be contacted by the property on your day of arrival to be given the entry code.
Please note that electricity is not included in rate, there is a meter in the apartment which needs to be topped up by guests.
Please contact Edinburgh Holiday Apartments prior to arrival to arrange check-in as some apartments require a check-in at the office address which is 14 Granville Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4PQ. Or you will just require a key code for access to your apartment which will be provided.
A security deposit will be taken on check-in and refunded within 2 days of departure.
The initial payment of 50% of total booking fee is non-refundable at all times. The remainder of the balance is required 6 weeks prior to guest arrival. This will be automatically processed using the payment card provided in the booking request.
Linen and Towels can be provided for all apartments upon request. This is provided at GBP 5 per person in addition to accommodation costs. Guests should advise prior to arrival if they require linen and towels, if no advice is received then the accommodation provider will charge to your bill and supply linen and towels.
Parking is not available at all apartment locations.
