This chic and modern house boasts a basement den with Xbox Kinect, a stylish kitchen, and free parking. Available as 1 unit or as separate rooms, the house has comfortable beds, cable TV, and outdoor dining in the garden. Bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV, digital locking system and bright, clean décor. One bedroom has a private bathroom, whilst there are 2 shared bathrooms, including a modern wet room and a Victorian-style bathroom with 2 showers separated by a screen. The shared lounge features a large flat-screen TV with cable channels, comfortable sofas and bean bags. The basement den has a flat-screen TV/DVD player with a games console. The basement also doubles as a dining area with fold-out tables and chairs. The sleek, black kitchen boasts stylishly integrated amenities, with an oven, separate hob, and a microwave. Full kitchenware is provided, and there is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dining area. The landscaped garden includes a seating area for outdoor dining. Brighton’s famous pier is a 20-minute, seafront walk away, and nearby buses run to Brighton’s centre and rail station in less than 5 minutes.
