This magnificent detached Victorian villa occupies an elevated position on the edge of Moffat. Rosebery House boasts far reaching views over the town and the rolling Moffat Hills, along with free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Featuring superb views over the countryside, the rooms offer a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms have complimentary toiletries. Hairdryers and hot water bottles are available upon request. In the mornings, the Rosebery serves full Scottish breakfast. Guests are welcome to make use of the guest houses’ garden, patio, and barbeque. Packed lunches can be provided with prior request. The spa town of Moffat is ideal for walking, motor biking, and fishing. The 18-hole Moffat Golf Club is just 7 minutes’ drive from the Rosebery House. There are cycling and mountain biking routes 15 miles away, at Ae Forest. The pet-friendly house offers secure storage for bikes and equipment.
