Set in 15 acres of private land, on a secluded road, the Blackyett Mains Bed and Breakfast has free parking and welcomes guests with tea and coffee, and home baking. At Blackyett, a full Scottish breakfast, with local produce, homemade jam and yoghurt, and free range eggs, is served in the morning. The individually designed bedrooms all have tea/coffee making facilities and mineral water. Guests can unwind with a king-size bed and spacious bathroom which features free toiletries. The upstairs guest lounge has spectacular views down to the Solway Firth and the Cumbria hills and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Carlisle can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car and guests staying in the Kirtlebridge area can enjoy hill and coastal walks.
