The car-free island of Sark has been officially recognised for its clear starry nights, and has a 40 miles of rugged coastal cliffs and peaceful bays. The elegant restaurant at Aval Du Creux Hotel has a sun terrace overlooking the pool and grounds beyond. Organic and seasonal menus ensure high quality cuisine. Guests have the advantage of being able to eat at other partner Sark Island Hotels with charges being made centrally to each guest’s final bill. The guest rooms feature external entrances from decked walkways, and are decorated in light and creamy tones. All rooms include tea/coffee-making facilities and a flat-screen TV, as well as high quality en suite shower rooms. The island can be seen easily on foot, while horse-drawn carts and bicycles are a common form of transport. Kayaking and diving is available, while the Red Room Snooker Club and the Island Hall offer a range of activities to guests of Aval Du Creux.
