Lancercombe Farm is a restored Georgian farmhouse nestled in the Otter Valley between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. There are two relaxing bedrooms with en-suite showers. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, TV, Egyptian cotton bedding, hairdryer and free WiFi. Both rooms have views over the garden to the Otter Valley. There is also a private guest lounge with feature fireplace, TV and a selection of magazines. A full English breakfast is provided using homemade and locally sourced produce. Vegetarians and special diets can be catered for if requested. Outside, there is free private parking and a garden for guests to enjoy. Lancercombe Farm is surrounded by farmland and is only 500 metres by footpath to the River Otter. Sidmouth is 2.4 miles from Lancercombe Farm, Honiton is 7.6 miles and Exeter is 11.2 miles away.
