Nestled in a quiet yet central location in Windermere, The Haven is a traditional Victorian stone built house with free parking. The railway station is 6 minutes’ walk away and Windermere Lake is less than a mile from the property. Each room at The Haven features an en suite shower room with bathrobes and free toiletries, a TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee making facilities. A hearty breakfast is served daily and it includes a traditional full English breakfast with locally produced Cumbrian sausage, fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit, and hot beverages. A variety of restaurants and cafés can be found in Windermere town centre, 5 minutes’ walk from the property. The Haven offers easy access to outdoor activities such as fishing, cycling, and exploring the Cumbrian countryside and the Lake District National Park.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. If you do so The Haven will terminate your booking without refund and ask you to leave the premises immediately. In addition, there will be a charge of GBP 150.00 to cover any cleaning costs and the cost of the room for any period of time the room is unusable.
