Set in 15 acres of woods and parkland, this cottage also has its own private garden and patio seating area. The M6 motorway and Penrith town centre can both be reached after 15 minutes’ drive. A log fire and a TV with a DVD player feature in the lounge area. The country house style kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Traditional wooden furnishings are in each spacious and light bedroom in Morland Hall. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and there are two extra bathrooms within the cottage with a shower and a bath. Located in the Eden Valley, scenic walks can be enjoyed in the surrounding Cumbrian countryside. More challenging walks are possible across the Pennines, a low-rising mountain range just 20 minutes’ drive away. The Yorkshire Dales are 30 minutes’ drive from Morland. A communal outdoor swimming pool is available at Morland Hall for all guests to use, as well as gym facilities.
