Follow the A30 towards Penzance, pass Tesco supermarket on your right and before you reach Penzance town take the 1st turn to your right, signposted St Ives and Heamoor. Take the next left on a bend in the road, to Heamoor and Newmill. Then take the right hand turn to Zennor and Newmill. About half a mile on your left is Trevaylor Manor Care Home, and the property is just after this on the left, B&B sign at the bottom. The property is at the top facing down towards you.
