Accommodate 49 is a privately-run guest house situated on the western side of the historic Georgian city of Bath, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests benefit from free limited private parking on a first-come-first-served basis, with unrestricted on-street parking also available. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in each room at Accommodate 49, and most feature an en suite bathroom. A hearty full English breakfast is served in the dining room, with vegetarian and special dietary requirements also catered for. The Roman Baths, Jane Austin tea rooms, Bath Abbey and the Bath Thermae Spa are just some of the attractions on offer in Bath city centre, which can be reached in a 10-minute drive. The Royal Crescent is just about 20 minutes' walk from the property.
