Whistlers Dell B&B offers high-quality accommodation in a charming family home, 5 minutes from the centre of Helensburgh and Faslane Naval Base. Around 20 minutes’ drive from Loch Lomond, the house is set in its own peaceful woodland garden. Each double room at Whistlers Dell B&B has a comfortable seating area, as well as a flat-screen TV and DVD player and free WiFi. A selection of fine teas and ground coffee is provided, along with fresh milk, biscuits and chocolates. The private bathroom has a bath and a shower, along with fluffy bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer. The private bathroom is not en suite, but it is situated very close to the room and for guests' use only. Rooms are tastefully decorated with Laura Ashley soft furnishings, and guests can use the large garden and sun terrace. The breakfast menu includes freshly home-baked bread, freshly squeezed juice and fruit salad, as well as a cooked breakfast. Evening meals can also be provided at an additional charge. The shared guest bathroom is of a high standard and includes both a bath and shower. The gardens have their own stream, and the owners’ golden retriever dogs can often be found running around the grounds. Whistlers Dell B&B is located in the small village of Rhu, and an ideal place to stop en route to Oban, Fort William, Arrochar and the Highlands.
